PLANET-FALL

End User License Agreement

Effective September 28, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Alexzander Raykher ("we", "us") and covers the Planet-Fall game software, including the game that runs in your web browser at planet-fall.io or where it is embedded, any downloadable or Steam version, and any updates (together, the "Software"). Your use of our online service is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Software you agree to this EULA.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with this EULA and the Terms of Service. The Software is licensed, not sold: we and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in it, including all copies, code, graphics, sounds, text and names.

2. What you may not do

Except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction, you may not:

You may make and share screenshots and videos of your own gameplay, including in monetized videos and streams.

3. Online play and accounts

The Software needs an internet connection and our servers to work. Matches, planets, nations, statistics and other game data live on our servers and may be reset or deleted as described in the Terms of Service. We may end online support for any version of the Software.

4. In-game items have no real value

Gold, troops, territory, buildings, ships and any other in-game items or currency are part of the game only. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money or anything of value, and you don't own them. Selling or trading them outside the game is not allowed.

5. Updates

We may update the Software at any time, for example to fix bugs, improve security, add or remove features or rebalance the game. Updates may be applied automatically, for instance when you refresh the page. This EULA applies to all updates unless they come with their own terms.

6. Third-party software

The Software includes open-source components that are licensed to you under their own licenses, which take priority over this EULA for those components. These include three.js (MIT License, © three.js authors) for 3D graphics and ws (MIT License) on our servers. The typefaces Chakra Petch and Inter, served by Google Fonts, are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

7. Steam and other stores

If you get the Software through Steam or another store, that store's terms (such as Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement) also apply. The store is not responsible for the Software or for supporting it. If this EULA and the store's required terms conflict, the store's terms win to the extent needed.

8. Termination

This license lasts until it ends. It ends automatically if you break this EULA or the Terms of Service, and we may end it at any time, for example by banning your account or discontinuing the Software. When it ends, you must stop using the Software. Sections 1 (ownership), 4, 9, 10 and 11 continue after termination.

9. No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, RUN WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT YOUR PROGRESS OR DATA WILL BE KEPT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROGRESS, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET OUT IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE. Nothing in this EULA limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.

11. General

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, as described in the Terms of Service. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update this EULA; the date above shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the Software means you accept the updated version.
